Use of Seatcrafter

Seatcrafter is a classroom planning and seating chart tool provided by O'Hare Educational, LLC through the O'HareEDU brand. You may use Seatcrafter to create, save, export, and manage classroom layouts and seating plans.

You are responsible for using Seatcrafter in a way that follows your school, district, state, and federal requirements for student information.

Accounts and access

Some Seatcrafter features require an account. Some features may require premium access, a valid beta coupon, or another entitlement. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens through your account.

Beta coupons, trial access, and promotional access may be changed, limited, or ended at our discretion.

Student information

Seatcrafter is designed so confidential student data stays on your device or in files you control. You should not send confidential student information to Seatcrafter support unless we specifically provide a secure method and you are authorized to share it.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or misuse Seatcrafter or its account systems.
Do not use Seatcrafter to store or transmit unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized content.
Do not share another person's account or use account access you are not authorized to use.

Downloads and exports

Seatcrafter can create downloaded files and exported views. You are responsible for protecting those files after download, especially if they include student information.

Changes and availability

We may update Seatcrafter, change features, fix bugs, adjust pricing, or stop offering parts of the service. We try to avoid disrupting teacher workflows, but Seatcrafter is provided without a guarantee that every feature will always be available or error-free.
