Use of Seatcrafter

Seatcrafter is a classroom planning and seating chart tool provided by O'Hare Educational, LLC. You may use Seatcrafter to create, save, export, and manage classroom layouts and seating plans.

You are responsible for using Seatcrafter in a way that follows your school, district, state, and federal requirements for student information.

Free access and optional support

Seatcrafter is free to use and does not require an account or login. Optional support payments help fund maintenance and do not unlock, limit, or change product features.

Student information

Seatcrafter is designed so confidential student data stays on your device or in files you control. You should not send confidential student information to Seatcrafter support unless we specifically provide a secure method and you are authorized to share it.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or misuse Seatcrafter.
• Do not use Seatcrafter to store or transmit unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized content.

Downloads and exports

Seatcrafter can create downloaded files and exported views. You are responsible for protecting those files after download, especially if they include student information.

Changes and availability

We may update Seatcrafter, change features, fix bugs, or stop offering parts of the service. We try to avoid disrupting teacher workflows, but Seatcrafter is provided without a guarantee that every feature will always be available or error-free.
